Ako \u017eelite kvalitetno provesti \u0161kolske praznike i imati vlastiti d\u017eeparac, onda je pravo vrijeme da si na\u0111ete u\u010deni\u010dki posao.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete raditi u svakoj \u017eupaniji. Na njihovim web stranicama je cijeli postupak prijave u u\u010deni\u010dki servis i sam proces oko rada dobro obja\u0161njen.<\/p>\n<p>Da pojasnimo za\u0161to smo istaknuli Tehni\u010dku \u0161kolu. Pravilnika, u dijelu Posredovanje za povremeni rad redovitih u\u010denika, stoji da u\u010denici mogu raditi samo privremene i sezonske poslove za vrijeme \u0161kolskih praznika,.<\/p>\n<p>Odnosno zimskog, proljetnog i ljetnog odmora.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Trazenje_posla\"><\/span>2) Tra\u017eenje posla<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Posao za u\u010denike mo\u017ee\u0161 prona\u0107i na raznim oglasnicima. Uz to, ako ima\u0161 manje od petnaest godina, mo\u017ee\u0161 raditi samo ako ima\u0161 privolu nadle\u017enog inspektora.<\/p>\n<p>Radno vrijeme u\u010denika ne smije trajati du\u017ee od sedam sati dnevno, odnosno 35 sati tjedno.<\/p>\n<p>No, puno radno vrijeme u\u010denika koji je navr\u0161io petnaest godina mo\u017ee\u00a0 biti osam sati dnevno, odnosno\u00a0 40 sati tjedno. Za takav rad u\u010denik mora imati privolu roditelja ili skrbnika.<\/p>\n<p>Maloljetnicima svih uzrasta nije dozvoljen rad od 20.00 nave\u010der do 6.00 sati ujutro. Ne smiju raditi ni poslove koji se smatraju osobito te\u0161kima i mogu naru\u0161iti zdravlje.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zabranjen je rad na poslovima u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danasradim.hr\/informativka\/sve-o-zaposljavanju-ucenika-na-jednom-mjestu-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kockarnicama<\/a>, salonima za igre na sre\u0107u, disko klubovima, te no\u0107nim barovima i no\u0107nim klubovima.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kada odaberete poslodavca, on dostavlja tvom u\u010deni\u010dkom servisu uputnicu kojom ti servis izdaje ugovor.
