Neke od njih su ro\u0111enje djeteta, te\u017ea bolest, smrt \u010dlana obitelji, sklapanje braka i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Zaposlenik ima ukupno sedam slobodnih radnih dana godi\u0161nje koje mo\u017ee utro\u0161iti u te svrhe. Na to pitanje Zakon o radu ne daje odgovor, nego se on treba potra\u017eiti u kolektivnom ugovoru ili prema nekom drugom pravu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pravo_zaposlenika_na_placeni_dopust\"><\/span>Pravo zaposlenika na pla\u0107eni dopust<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Zaposlenik mo\u017ee iskoristiti svojih sedam slobodnih radnih dana godi\u0161nje za va\u017ene osobne potrebe. Naime, Zakon ne navodi taksativno koji su slu\u010dajevi va\u017enih potreba.<\/p>\n<p>Odnosno, Zakon ne propisuje to\u010dan redoslijed o situacijama koje spadaju u va\u017ene osobne potrebe.<\/p>\n<p>Uz slobodne dane za selidbu, zaposlenik ima pravo na pla\u0107eni dopust za vrijeme stru\u010dnog ili op\u0107eg \u0161kolovanja. Radi se o mogu\u0107nosti koju radnik mo\u017ee koristiti samo ako poslodavac odobri.<\/p>\n<p>No, zaposlenik ima mogu\u0107nost uzimanja nepla\u0107enih slobodnih dana. Razlog mora biti osobito va\u017ean i hitan, obiteljske prirode.
