Pove\u0107ane su i jednokratne naknade za ro\u0111enje djeteta.<\/p>\n<p>Naknadu za o\u010dinski dopust ispla\u0107uje <a href=\"http:\/\/hzzo.hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O\u010dinski dopust nije jedina naknada kojom se olak\u0161ava \u017eivot o\u010deva. Naime, o\u010devi mogu uzeti pla\u0107eni dopust za osobne potrebe. Zakon o radu daje ocu 7 radnih dana slobodno za odre\u0111ene potrebe.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017ee se raditi o ro\u0111enju djeteta i druge potrebe. Tu naknadu ispla\u0107uje poslodavac. Iznos je prosjek visine pla\u0107e u prethodna tri mjeseca.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_do_naknade\"><\/span>Kako do naknade?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>O\u010devi koji \u017eele ostvariti naknadu, moraju dostaviti odre\u0111enu dokumentaciju u HZZO. Trajanje tog dopusta je do navr\u0161enih \u0161est mjeseci djeteta.<\/p>\n<p>Postoji obvezni dio rodiljnog dopusta i on traje do 28. prije ro\u0111enja djeteta do 70 dana nakon ro\u0111enja. Za blizance, tre\u0107e i svako sljede\u0107e dijete, roditeljski dopust iznosi 30 mjeseci.<\/p>\n<p>Majka i otac imaju pravo koristiti roditeljski dopust.
