No, poslodavac je mo\u017ee dati i u naravi.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Na\u010din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teb.hr\/novosti\/2025\/uskrsnica-u-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">isplate uskrsnice<\/a> kao i iznos iste ure\u0111uje se isklju\u010divo izvorom radnog prava.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Poslodavac mo\u017ee uskrsnicu isplatiti zajedno s pla\u0107om. Zatim prije ili poslije isplate pla\u0107e. Mo\u017ee se isplatiti i u gotovu novcu, ako je razlog isplata u visini neoporezivog iznosa.<\/p>\n<p>Osobe koje obavljaju samostalnu djelatnost mogu sebi isplatiti uskrsnicu. Zaposlenici ne dobivaju uskrsnicu. No, tvrtka podr\u017eava zaposlenike na druge na\u010dine.
