Ovaj pastry chef je imao dovoljno hrabrosti.<\/p>\n<p>Filip je otvorio slasti\u010darnicu u Branimirovoj 33, blizu Branimir Centra. Radio je u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelkaj.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bluesun hotel Kaj<\/a> i nau\u010dio mnogo toga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako je po\u010deo tvoj poduzetni\u010dki put? Otkud ideja za otvaranje svog poslovanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moj poduzetni\u010dki put je krenuo prije 4 godine. Nakon rada u hotelskim korporacijama i restoranima, jednostavno sam odlu\u010dio pokrenuti ne\u0161to svoje.<\/p>\n<p>Uvijek sam to zami\u0161ljao kao malo mali shop s kola\u010dima i eventualno nekim slanim jednostavnim jelima. No, ipak je sve krenulo u slatkom smjeru. Danas vodim proizvodnju kola\u010da i torti.<\/p>\n<p>Bilo je te\u0161ko, u\u0161ao sam u biznis kao grlom u jagode. Ni\u0161ta nisam znao o tome. Gdje god sam do\u0161ao, svugdje sam dobio veliku pomo\u0107. Svi kojima sam se obratio su me uputili kako, kamo i gdje.<\/p>\n<p>No, s druge strane, za dogovaranje nekih velikih i ozbiljnijih poslova su godine bila mana. Nisu me ba\u0161 shva\u0107ali ozbiljno i nije bilo povjerenja da \u0107e sve biti odra\u0111eno do kraja.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak sam u poduzetni\u0161tvo krenuo sa samo 22 godine. No moram priznati da sam na svim mjestima ipak dobio priliku.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strah_od_nepoznatog\"><\/span>Strah od nepoznatog<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kako si se osje\u0107ao prvih nekoliko mjeseci? Jesi li imao podr\u0161ku bli\u017eih osoba ili mo\u017eda kritike i strahovanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bilo mi je te\u0161ko, radio sam\u00a0 sve sam, od nabave, proizvodnje, prodaje, dostava, \u010di\u0161\u0107enja. A ako i do\u0111em, zazvoni telefon i moram i\u0107i rije\u0161iti situaciju, koja god bila.<\/p>\n<p>No, ipak svi imaju razumijevanja za to. Strahovao sam jer mi je sve bila nepoznanica, no meni odustajanje nije opcija. Tako da sam dobro borio sa svime na \u0161to sam nai\u0161ao.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Novi_proizvodni_pogon\"><\/span>Novi proizvodni pogon<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sada ima\u0161 svoj proizvodni pogon u Mariji Bistrici. Mo\u017ee\u0161 li nam pribli\u017eiti kako sada tvoj radni dan izgleda?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moj radni dan&#8230; Pa moram priznati da sam jo\u0161 najmanje u samoj proizvodnji. Ali svakako, radni dan mi po\u010dinje oko 7.00, a nekad i ranije.<\/p>\n<p>Odem u proizvodnju, sa curama u kuhinji pro\u0111em sve radne naloge, sve \u0161to moramo odraditi taj tjedan.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga odlazim u ured i radim svoje poslove. Va\u017eno je da imamo pouzdan tim iza sebe.<\/p>\n<p>Ali svakako, nikad se nisam isklju\u010dio, a da nisam imalo laptop, mobitel, te da nisam radio online.<\/p>\n<p>Iako, evo 4 godine nisam bio na godi\u0161njem. Nekad uzmem dan dva za mali izlet ali svakako onda laptop i mobitel idu sa mnom i dio dana provedem rade\u0107i. Bolovanje bolje da se ne dogodi.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/naknade-za-bolovanje\/\">Naknade za bolovanje<\/a> rastu u 2025. godini.
