Izglasan se novi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakon.hr\/z\/91\/zakon-o-mirovinskom-osiguranju\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zakon o mirovinskom osiguranju<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I iako se zakon mijenja, gra\u0111ani se pitaju ho\u0107e li mirovine postati dostojanstvene! Novo uskla\u0111ivanje mirovina o\u010dekuje se 1. srpnja, no umirovljenici \u0107e pove\u0107anje osjetiti tek u rujnu.<\/p>\n<p>Naime, tada \u0107e uz kolovo\u0161ku mirovinu biti ispla\u0107en i zaostatak za srpanj. Radi se o blagom porastu, jer je u o\u017eujku ove godine taj postotak iznosio 44,9. Razlog je vrlo jasan. Prosje\u010dna pla\u0107a je porasla za 24 eura.<\/p>\n<p>I to je vi\u0161e nego \u0161to su mirovine narasle kroz uskla\u0111ivanje. Zna\u010di, mirovina stagnira u odnosu na pla\u0107u. Time se podi\u017ee iznos mirovine za roditelje. Tako\u0111er, pove\u0107avaju se najni\u017ee mirovine za 3%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ta \u0107e promjena obuhvatiti oko\u00a0320.000 korisnika.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ukida se bonifikacija i time se motivira ljudi ostanak u svijetu rada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radnik koji odlazi u starosnu mirovinu nakon ste\u010denih uvjeta za to, bit \u0107e nagra\u0111en s najvi\u0161e 27 posto ako je nastavio raditi pet godina.<\/p>\n<p>Od 1. sije\u010dnja 2026. dolaze dodatne tri velike promjene:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ukida se penalizacija za odlazak u \u00a0mirovinu nakon 70. godine \u017eivota.<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u0107ava se invalidska mirovina za 10%.<\/li>\n<li>Povratak na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada je fleksibilniji. Minimalna zajam\u010dena mirovina je pribli\u017eno 654 eura bruto. Osobe s najni\u017eim mirovinama mogu dobiti i godi\u0161nji dodatak, koji iznosi do 450 eura.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"589\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Umirovljeni sustav temelji se na principu me\u0111ugeneracijske solidarnosti, a u budu\u0107nosti se planira postupno podizanje dobi za punu mirovinu na 67 godina.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vise_o_bonifikaciji\"><\/span>Vi\u0161e o bonifikaciji<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ako radnik ode u starosnu mirovinu nakon \u0161to je stekao uvjete za to, bit \u0107e nagra\u0111en ve\u0107om mirovinom. Mo\u017ee do\u0107i do \u010dak 27 posto ve\u0107e mirovine. U budu\u0107nosti \u0107e taj iznos biti jo\u0161 ve\u0107i i on se garantira spomenutom mirovinskom reformom.<\/p>\n<p>Ukratko, od 1. srpnja mijenjaju se uvjeti i za bonifikaciju. No, neki uz dulji ostanak u svijetu rada biraju i rad u mirovini.<\/p>\n<p><em>Postoji li kod poslodavaca <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/posao-i-starenje\/\"><strong>dobna diskriminacija<\/strong><\/a>?
