Cilj je poticanje pozitivnog okru\u017eenja i stvaranje ve\u0107eg povjerenja u poduze\u0107e. Naravno, takva poduze\u0107a su &#8216;popularna&#8217; kod posloprimaca.<\/p>\n<p><em>Samo nekolicina poduze\u0107a u Hrvatskoj je po\u010dela pru\u017eati informaciju o rangu pla\u0107a, to su ve\u0107inom velika strana poduze\u0107a i IT tvrtke.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Transparentnost pla\u0107a se odnosi na to da zaposlenik zna kako se izra\u010dunava njegova pla\u0107a. Nadalje, poznati su mu rangovi pla\u0107a u poduze\u0107u za svako radno mjesto. Na kraju, poduze\u0107a koja javno objavljuju informacije o vrstama kompenzacija radnika, pogoduju stvaranju transparentnosti pla\u0107a.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pozitivne_strane_politike_transparentnih_placa\"><\/span>Pozitivne strane politike transparentnih pla\u0107a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Radnici imaju ve\u0107u razinu povjerenja u poduze\u0107e<\/li>\n<li>Smanjuje se jaz u pla\u0107ama izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u0107anje pla\u0107a je definirano i zaposlenici znaju \u0161to o\u010dekivati<\/li>\n<li>Pozitivna organizacijska kultura zbog pove\u0107ane lojalnosti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Negativne_strane_transparentnih_placa\"><\/span>Negativne strane transparentnih pla\u0107a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Neki zaposlenici ne \u017eele da ostali znaju kolika je njihova pla\u0107a<\/li>\n<li>Zaposlenici se mogu osje\u0107ati potpla\u0107eno, kada se uspore\u0111uju s kolegama<\/li>\n<li>Zaposlenici fokusiraju na uspore\u0111ivanje pla\u0107a umjesto na svoj napredak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"EU_zakon_za_transparentnost_placa\"><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/legalbriefs.deloitte.com\/post\/102hsrl\/eu-pay-transparency-directive\">EU zakon za transparentnost pla\u0107a<\/a><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>EU komisija je 2021. godine pokrenula prijedlog zakona koje se zala\u017ee za <strong>potpuno jednake pla\u0107e za jednak rad izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U zemljama Europske unije, <strong>\u017eene u prosjeku zara\u0111uju 14% manju pla\u0107u od mu\u0161karaca.<\/strong> EU \u017eeli smanjiti tu razliku uvo\u0111enjem visoke razine transparentnosti u pla\u0107ama koje nude poslodavci.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pomo\u0107u zakona o transparentnosti pla\u0107a, zaposlenici \u0107e mo\u0107i vidjeti prosje\u010dnu razinu pla\u0107a po radnom mjestu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>EU parlament tra\u017ei da kompanije koje imaju minimalno 250 zaposlenika budu obvezne javno objaviti informacije o razinama i strukturi pla\u0107a. Cilj je <strong>otkrivanje diskriminiraju\u0107ih razlika<\/strong> u pla\u0107ama kod zaposlenika poduze\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Svrha je procijeniti zaposlenika i odrediti mu razinu pla\u0107e bez uzimanja u obzir njegovog spola ili drugih diskriminiraju\u0107ih faktora. Tako\u0111er, poslodavac ne\u0107e mo\u0107i zabraniti zaposlenicima da s ostalim kolegama komuniciraju o svojoj pla\u0107i.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>EU isti\u010de kako je manjak transparentnosti glavni problem u smanjivanju jaza pla\u0107a \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Ako se zakon usvoji, \u010dlanice EU \u0107e imati rok od dvije godine za implementaciju ovog zakona kao dr\u017eavnog zakona. Plan je da \u0107e to biti 2024. godine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Transparentnost_placa_i_gender_pay_gap\"><\/span>Transparentnost pla\u0107a i gender pay gap<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Transparentnost pla\u0107a se povezuje s pojmom <strong>jaza u pla\u0107ama<\/strong> izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca ili poznatije <em>gender pay gap.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jaz u pla\u0107ama obilje\u017eava razliku u zaradi izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca. Tako\u0111er, on se odnosi na \u010dinjenicu da \u017eene zara\u0111uju manje od mu\u0161karaca na istim radnom mjestima te jednakom koli\u010dinom rada.<\/p>\n<p><em>Najve\u0107i pomak u jazu pla\u0107a izme\u0111u \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca se dogodio 80-ih godina. Naime, tada su \u017eene zara\u0111ivale oko 60% onoga \u0161to su zaradili mu\u0161karci, a 90-ih godina 72%. Fenomen koji je zvan <em>staklena litica.<\/em> Na\u017ealost, kada takvi zaposlenici &#8216;poprave situaciju&#8217;, \u010desto su smjenjeni kada kriza nestane.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Postotak \u017eena u menad\u017ementu je porastao za 3,6% u zadnjih 5 godina.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primjer staklene litice koja je zavr\u0161io pozitivno je postavljanje Anne M. Mulcahy kao prve \u017eenske izvr\u0161ne direktorice <strong>Xerox-a. <\/strong>Kompanija je tada bila pred bankrotom, no Anne je uspjela spasiti poduze\u0107e. Naime, Anne je bila 8 godina na ovoj poziciji te joj je to bio zadnji posao prije mirovine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stakleno dizalo<\/strong> je metafora za brzo napredovanje mu\u0161karaca koji rade u &#8216;\u017eenskim&#8217; profesijama. Isti\u010de \u010dinjenicu kako se njihova karijera ubrzava i uzdi\u017ee (poput dizala) kada su okru\u017eeni ve\u0107inom suradnicama. \u010cesto kod u\u010diteljskih poslova i na podru\u010djima zdravstvene njege.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ljepljivi pod <\/strong>opisuje situaciju koja diskriminira te dr\u017ei odre\u0111ene osobe na najni\u017eim ljestvicama hijerarhije u poduze\u0107u. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se doga\u0111a kod poslova konobara, medicinskih sestara, tajnica&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Zakon kojeg priprema EU \u0107e biti veliki korak prema ve\u0107oj jednakosti u pla\u0107i za jednak rad.
