A onda ti\u0161ina. Nema poziva. Nema e-maila. Naprotiv, dijeli se na forumima, dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, pa \u010dak i u Google recenzijama tvrtke.<\/p>\n<p>Tvrtke koje redovito ignoriraju kandidate, bez povratne informacije, grade lo\u0161u reputaciju. Dovoljno je da je jasna, pravovremena i iskrena. Automatizirani e-mail sustavi danas omogu\u0107uju slanje stotine poruka u nekoliko klikova<\/p>\n<p>Zato izostanak bilo kakve povratne informacije sve te\u017ee pronalazi opravdanje. Radi se o ghostingu poslodavaca od strane kandidata.<\/p>\n<p>U mnogim industrijama, osobito u ugostiteljstvu, maloprodaji, logistici i IT sektoru, sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e se bilje\u017ee takve situacije.<\/p>\n<p><em>Zanima vas posao kuhara?
