target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zakonu o radu<\/a>, prekovremeni rad se mo\u017ee tra\u017eiti samo u iznimnim slu\u010dajevima.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupno trajanje prekovremenog rada ne smije prelaziti 180 sati godi\u0161nje, osim ako se kolektivnim ugovorom ne dogovori vi\u0161e, ali ne preko 250 sati godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Tjedno, radnik ne smije raditi vi\u0161e od 50 sati kad se uklju\u010di glavom<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Svaki sat prekovremenog rada mora biti pla\u0107en uve\u0107anom satnicom. Pro\u010ditajte \u010dlanak na linku i saznajte svoja prava i obveze.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Placanje_prekovremenog_rada\"><\/span>Pla\u0107anje prekovremenog rada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Zakonom o radu jasno je propisano da svaki sat prekovremenog rada mora biti pla\u0107en uve\u0107anom satnicom.<\/p>\n<p>Ona u ve\u0107ini kolektivnih ugovora i pravilnika o radu iznosi najmanje 50 % vi\u0161e od osnovne satnice.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju rada nedjeljom, blagdanom ili no\u0107u, taj postotak mo\u017ee biti i vi\u0161i.
