Pro\u010ditajte \u010dlanak.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hrvatska gospodarska komora u svom izvje\u0161\u0107u isti\u010de da hibridni modeli rada (dva do tri dana u uredu, ostalo od ku\u0107e) postaju sve \u010de\u0161\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Posebno su \u010desti kod me\u0111unarodnih tvrtki. Nema putovanja na posao, manje je prekida i distrakcija iz ureda.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, dugoro\u010dno, nepostojanje jasnih granica dovodi do suprotnog efekta.<\/p>\n<p>Psiholozi upozoravaju da stalna dostupnost dovodi do kroni\u010dnog umora i smanjenja anga\u017emana. Pro\u010ditajte \u010dlanak i saznajte vi\u0161e!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Poslodavci_i_%E2%80%9Epravo_na_iskljucenje%E2%80%9C\"><\/span>Poslodavci i \u201epravo na isklju\u010denje\u201c<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>U nekim dr\u017eavama EU ve\u0107 se uvodi pravo na isklju\u010denje (Right to Disconnect), kojim se zaposlenicima jam\u010di da nakon radnog vremena nisu du\u017eni odgovarati na poruke i e-mailove.<\/p>\n<p>Francuska je prva donijela taj zakon, a sli\u010dne inicijative postoje i u Italiji, \u0160panjolskoj i Belgiji.<\/p>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj takav zakon jo\u0161 ne postoji, no sve vi\u0161e se spominje u sindikalnim raspravama.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci su podijeljeni.
