Ovaj iznos se smatra neto primitkom. <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/porezna-uprava.gov.hr\/UserDocsImages\/arhiva\/HR_publikacije\/Prirucnici_brosure\/Primitak_naravi_155.pdf?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poslodavac<\/a> ga mora potom pretvoriti u bruto iznos za porez i doprinose.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Obracun_doprinosa_i_poreza\"><\/span>Obra\u010dun doprinosa i poreza<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Poslodavac pla\u0107a doprinose (npr. za mirovinsko) i porez na dohodak plus prirez. Formalno je primitak u naravi bruto osnovica za izra\u010dun poreza.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ne znate izra\u010dunati <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/placa-sto-je-bruto-a-sto-neto\/\">bruto iznos<\/a> u neto i obrnuto? Druga dobra ideja je isprobati <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/kalkulator-place\/bruto-u-neto\">kalkulator pla\u0107e<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Primjer_iz_prakse\"><\/span>Primjer iz prakse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Zamislimo da zaposlenik prima pla\u0107u u naravi u obliku slu\u017ebenog automobila ili smje\u0161taja, \u010dija je vrijednost procijenjena na 1.635 \u20ac neto.<\/p>\n<p>Iako je taj iznos iskazan kao korist za radnika, poslodavac mora provesti cijeli postupak obra\u010duna poreza i doprinosa.<\/p>\n<p>U praksi se prvo utvr\u0111uje porezna osnovica.
