Konflikti su dio svakodnevnog rada i mogu biti konstruktivni, dok mobbing zna\u010di sustavno zlostavljanje i neravnote\u017eu mo\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>U konfliktu obje strane imaju argumente i prostor za dijalog, dok kod mobbinga jedna strana namjerno \u0161teti drugoj.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manifestira se kroz razli\u010dite radnje koje predstavljaju napad na vi\u0161e aspekata \u017eivota \u017ertve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Odbijanje komunikacije sa \u017ertvom, prekidanje \u017ertve kad govori,<a href=\"https:\/\/mobbing.hr\/sto-je-mobbing-i-kako-se-manifestira\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> zabrana<\/a> drugim radnicima da razgovaraju sa \u017ertvom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Zatim, ismijavanje, ogovaranje, pogrdno oslovljavanje, nedodijeljivanje radnih zadataka.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zakonski_okvir_u_Hrvatskoj\"><\/span>Zakonski okvir u Hrvatskoj<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj je za\u0161tita dostojanstva radnika ure\u0111ena <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakon.hr\/z\/307\/zakon-o-radu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zakonom o radu<\/a> i Zakonom o suzbijanju diskriminacije. Poslodavci su du\u017eni osigurati radnu okolinu u kojoj nema uznemiravanja i poni\u017eavanja.<\/p>\n<p>Zakon obvezuje poslodavce s vi\u0161e od 20 zaposlenih da imenuju osobu za za\u0161titu dostojanstva radnika. Ti podaci mogu poslu\u017eiti kao dokaz.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi korak je obra\u0107anje osobi zadu\u017eenoj za za\u0161titu dostojanstva radnika unutar tvrtke. To zna\u010di da mora uspostaviti procedure za prijavu mobbinga, reagirati na svaku pritu\u017ebu i za\u0161tititi prijavitelja od odmazde.<\/p>\n<p>Uspje\u0161ne tvrtke redovito provode edukacije zaposlenika i menad\u017eera o mobbingu i kulturi po\u0161tovanja.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tamo gdje je zdrava <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/korporativna-kultura\/\">korporativna kultura<\/a>, mobbinga nema.
