Nije samo moja umor nakon napornog tjedna.<\/p>\n<p>Ozbiljan je sindrom psihi\u010dke i fizi\u010dke iscrpljenosti uz povezanu apati\u010dnost i gubitak motivacije. Vjerojatno nije potrebno obja\u0161njavati za\u0161to. Pro\u010ditajte \u010dlanak!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gdje_je_najgore_a_gdje_je_bolje\"><\/span>Gdje je najgore, a gdje je bolje?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Na razini Jugoisto\u010dne Europe bilje\u017ee se bilje\u017ee znatno vi\u0161e razine burnouta, od zapadnih i nordijskih zemalja.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje <a href=\"http:\/\/wilmarschaufeli.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schaufelija<\/a> pokazuje da su u grupi s visokim ocjenama nalazile Poljska, Hrvatska, Slovenija i druge biv\u0161e jugoslavenske dr\u017eave.<\/p>\n<p>No, zemlje poput Nizozemske, Norve\u0161ke, \u0160vedske i Danske zabilje\u017eile su najni\u017ei stupanj burnout osje\u0107aja.<\/p>\n<p>Gospodarski ja\u010de zemlje s kvalitetnijim sustavima tako\u0111er bilje\u017ee ni\u017ee indekse burnouta. Odbijenice i konstantna potraga ostavljaju traga na mentalnom zdravlju.
