Bez obzira na industriju, te\u0161ko je prona\u0107i posao koji se mo\u017ee odraditi samostalno, bez pomo\u0107i drugih.<\/p>\n<p>Suradnja ljudi razli\u010ditih znanja, iskustava i karaktera stvara sinergiju koja donosi bolje rezultate nego \u0161to bi ih mogao posti\u0107i pojedinac.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro organiziran tim posti\u017ee vi\u0161e, br\u017ee i kvalitetnije. Naime, tvrtku ne \u010dini samo skupina pojedinaca na jednom mjestu. Trebala bi se sagraditi\u00a0zajednica u kojoj svatko daje dio sebe za zajedni\u010dki cilj.<\/p>\n<p>Zato smatramo da timski rad nije po\u017eeljan segment, ve\u0107 nu\u017ean. Nesuglasice, razli\u010diti radni stilovi i sukobi interesa mogu usporiti napredak.
