Podsjetnik je da borba za ravnopravnost na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada jo\u0161 nije zavr\u0161ena.<\/p>\n<p>Iako je jednakost izme\u0111u mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena zajam\u010dena zakonima i ustavima mnogih zemalja, praksa pokazuje da razlike i dalje postoje.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dene u prosjeku zara\u0111uju manje od mu\u0161karaca, \u010dak i kada imaju jednaku razinu obrazovanja, iskustva i obavljaju iste ili sli\u010dne poslove.<\/p>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj, kao i u Europskoj uniji, pla\u0107eni jaz izme\u0111u spolova i dalje iznosi od 10 do 15 %. Globalno, ta razlika prelazi i 20 %.<\/p>\n<p>Upravo zato Me\u0111unarodni dan jednakih pla\u0107a nije samo datum na kalendaru. Vi\u0161e o toj temi mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati i u \u010dlanku na linku!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Razlike_u_placama_u_Hrvatskoj\"><\/span>Razlike u pla\u0107ama u Hrvatskoj<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj, prema podacima <a href=\"https:\/\/dzs.gov.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr\u017eavnog zavoda za statistiku<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurostata<\/a>, \u017eene u prosjeku zara\u0111uju oko 11 % manje od mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010di da, gledaju\u0107i godi\u0161nje prihode, \u017eene efektivno rade besplatno gotovo mjesec i pol dana svake godine.<\/p>\n<p>Razlike su posebno izra\u017eene u privatnom sektoru i na rukovode\u0107im pozicijama. Iako su \u017eene u Hrvatskoj visoko obrazovane, udio \u017eena me\u0111u visokoobrazovanima vi\u0161i je nego mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n<p>Taj potencijal nije jednako nagra\u0111en. Prema podacima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Me\u0111unarodne organizacije rada<\/a> (ILO), \u017eene globalno zara\u0111uju u prosjeku 20 % manje od mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n<p>Situacija se razlikuje po regijama: u zemljama Europske unije prosjek je oko 13 %, dok u nekim azijskim i afri\u010dkim zemljama razlike dose\u017eu i 30 %.<\/p>\n<p>U SAD-u, primjerice, \u017eene prosje\u010dno zara\u0111uju 82 centa na svaki dolar koji zarade mu\u0161karci. Poslovi koje uglavnom obavljaju \u017eene \u010desto su potpla\u0107eni u odnosu na poslove koje ve\u0107inom rade mu\u0161karci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diskriminacija<\/strong>. I dalje postoje slu\u010dajevi gdje poslodavci svjesno nude ni\u017ee pla\u0107e \u017eenama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/utjecaj-rodne-diskriminacije-na-ucinak-zaposlenika\/\">Diskriminacija<\/a> utje\u010de na u\u010dinkovitost zaposlenika. Manja primanja tijekom radnog vijeka dovode do manjih <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/zene-idu-u-mirovinu-kasnije\/\">mirovina<\/a>, \u0161to pove\u0107ava rizik od siroma\u0161tva u starijoj dobi.<\/p>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj je taj problem posebno izra\u017een. Naime, \u017eene imaju u prosjeku 25 % ni\u017ee mirovine od mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n<p>S ekonomskog aspekta, rodna nejednakost smanjuje potencijal cijelog gospodarstva. Tvrtke koje to ne mogu dokazati pla\u0107aju kazne.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0160vedskoj, gdje su razlike minimalne, naglasak je stavljen na obiteljske politike.
