Naime, postaje zakonska obveza.<\/p>\n<p>Europska unija ju je usvojila 2023. godine, a sve dr\u017eave \u010dlanice, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Hrvatsku, moraju je implementirati u svoje zakonodavstvo u nadolaze\u0107im godinama.<\/p>\n<p>Rije\u010d je o jednom od vrlo va\u017enih koraka u borbi protiv rodnog jaza u pla\u0107ama. Ali, tako i o stvaranju pravednijeg i modernijeg okvira u odnosima izme\u0111u poslodavaca i radnika.<\/p>\n<p>Zaposlenici su sve svjesniji va\u017enosti jednakosti. S druge strane, poslodavci su u poziciji da se moraju boriti oko privla\u010denja i zadr\u017eavanja talenata. Posebno u privatnom sektoru. Nejasni su kriteriji za napredovanje i\u00a0 razlike izme\u0111u sektora.\u00a0Direktiva je odgovor na ove izazove.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj je stvoriti radno okru\u017eenje u kojem su kriteriji za pla\u0107u i napredovanje jasni. Razlike moraju biti opravdane stvarnim kompetencijama i iskustvom.<\/p>\n<p>Nikako ne spolom, godinama ili osobnim preferencijama nadre\u0111enih.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Europska unija pokre\u0107e Direktivu o transparentnosti pla\u0107a, koja stupa na snagu u lipnju 2026. godine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> Cilj je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poslovni.hr\/europska-unija\/od-iduce-godine-iznos-place-vise-nece-biti-tajna-eu-pokrece-novu-direktivu-4501564\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">smanjenje rodnih razlika<\/a> u pla\u0107ama i osiguravanja potpune javnosti podataka o pla\u0107ama.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_direktiva_konkretno_donosi\"><\/span>\u0160to direktiva konkretno donosi?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/hr\/policies\/pay-transparency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Direktiva o transparentnosti pla\u0107a<\/a> obvezuje poslodavce u EU na niz novih mjera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donosimo popis najva\u017enijih mjera:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravo radnika na informaciju<\/strong>. Poslodavci \u0107e morati navoditi o\u010dekivani raspon pla\u0107a u natje\u010dajima za posao, \u010dime \u0107e kandidati od po\u010detka znati okvir u kojem mogu pregovarati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izvje\u0161tavanje o rodnom jazu<\/strong>. Ve\u0107e tvrtke morat \u0107e redovito izvje\u0161tavati o razlikama u pla\u0107ama izme\u0111u mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena. Ako su razlike zna\u010dajne i neopravdane, bit \u0107e obvezne poduzeti korektivne mjere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zabrana tra\u017eenja povijesti pla\u0107e<\/strong>. Poslodavci vi\u0161e ne\u0107e mo\u0107i pitati kandidate koliku su pla\u0107u imali kod prija\u0161njeg poslodavca. Fokus mora biti na kompetencijama, a ne na pro\u0161lim iznosima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravo na naknadu \u0161tete<\/strong>. Radnici koji smatraju da su diskriminirani imaju pravo tra\u017eiti od\u0161tetu.<\/p>\n<p>Za Hrvatsku, gdje se transparentnost u pla\u0107ama rijetko provodi sustavno, ove mjere \u0107e biti velika promjena na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poslovni.hr\/europska-unija\/od-iduce-godine-iznos-place-vise-nece-biti-tajna-eu-pokrece-novu-direktivu-4501564\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poslodavci<\/a> s vi\u0161e od 250 zaposlenih morat \u0107e godi\u0161nje izvje\u0161tavati o pla\u0107ama, dok \u0107e oni s 100 do 250 zaposlenih izvje\u0161tavati svake tri godine.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Otpor_u_privatnom_sektoru\"><\/span>Otpor u privatnom sektoru<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hrvatska jo\u0161 uvijek nije implementirala direktivu, ali rokovi su jasni. Direktiva o transparentnosti pla\u0107a nije iznimka tom pravilu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci \u0107e se morati suo\u010diti s dodatnim administrativnim obvezama.
