Zatim, pretra\u017euju <a href=\"http:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/posao\">oglase<\/a> i poku\u0161avaju uskladiti iskustvo, o\u010dekivanja i stvarne prilike.<\/p>\n<p>Na papiru, Hrvatska danas ima jednu od najni\u017eih stopa nezaposlenosti u posljednjih 15 godina. Radi se o najni\u017eem postotku jo\u0161 od 2008. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Te podatke podupire uglavnom zaposlenost u <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/povecanje-placa-sezonskih-poslova\/\">sezoni<\/a>. Turizam igra veliku ulogu. Radi se o strukturalnoj nezaposlenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Na tisu\u0107e ljudi i dalje ostaje izvan tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada jer njihove kvalifikacije ne odgovaraju potrebama tr\u017ei\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>U isto vrijeme, poslodavci prijavljuju da ne mogu prona\u0107i radnike. Puno je nezaposlenih, ali i puno otvorenih radnih mjesta.<\/p>\n<p>Ta kontradikcija postaje temeljni problem hrvatskog gospodarstva.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jedno od rje\u0161enja problema nezaposlenosti bi mogla biti <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/prekvalifikacija-i-promjene\/\">prekvalifikacija<\/a>. Njima nije va\u017eno samo imati posao, nego \u017eele pravu priliku, za rast i razvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Nezaposlenost se zato vi\u0161e ne mjeri samo onima koji nemaju posao, nego i onima koji vi\u0161e ne vide smisao tra\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pravo_na_novcanu_naknadu\"><\/span>Pravo na nov\u010danu naknadu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Da bi netko imao pravo na nov\u010danu naknadu nakon prestanka radnog odnosa (ili prestanka samostalne djelatnosti), moraju biti ispunjeni sljede\u0107i uvjeti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U posljednja 24 mjeseca prije prestanka posla radnik mora imati radno iskustvo od minimalno 9 mjeseci. Za osobe mla\u0111e od 30 godina, uvjet je smanjen. Naknada ne mo\u017ee biti vi\u0161a od odre\u0111enih limita:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U prvih 90 dana: najvi\u0161e 915,60 eura mjese\u010dno<\/li>\n<li>U razdoblju 91-180 dana: najvi\u0161e 523,20 eura<\/li>\n<li>Nakon 180 dana: najvi\u0161e 457,80 eura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S druge strane, najni\u017ea naknada ne mo\u017ee biti manja od 50 % minimalne pla\u0107e umanjene za doprinose, ako ste radili u punom radnom vremenu. Radi se o minimalno 400,38 eura neto.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Prema podacima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tvz.hr\/zaposlenost-najveca-nezaposlenost-skandinavska-stednja-poput-duga-je-li-sve-bas-tako\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr\u017eavnog zavoda za statistiku<\/a>, stopa registrirane nezaposlenosti u Hrvatskoj je u o\u017eujku ove godine iznosila 5,1% (3).<\/p>\n<p>Usporedbe radi, Eurostat je objavio podatke o nezaposlenosti unutar euro podru\u010dja (4).
