Radi se o staroj predrasudi. Jasno, gra\u0111evinarstvo je\u00a0dugo vremena bilo simbol mu\u0161kog zanimanja.<\/p>\n<p>Buka strojeva, dizalice, beton, terenski rad, sve su to slike koje ve\u0107ina jo\u0161 uvijek povezuje s mu\u0161karcima. No, posljednjih deset godina taj se stereotip sustavno ru\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p>Sve vi\u0161e \u017eena u Hrvatskoj i svijetu odlu\u010duje graditi nove temelje profesionalnog identiteta.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dene u gra\u0111evinarstvu projektiraju, nadziru, vode gradili\u0161ta, upravljaju timovima i donose strate\u0161ke odluke.<\/p>\n<p>Iako ih je jo\u0161 uvijek manje nego mu\u0161karaca, njihov doprinos postaje sve vidljiviji. No, taj postotak svake godine polako raste.<\/p>\n<p>U EU prosjeku, udio \u017eena u gra\u0111evinskom sektoru je oko 15 %, pri \u010demu su nordijske zemlje i Nizozemska me\u0111u predvodnicama.<\/p>\n<p>Iako se brojke \u010dine male, promjene su zna\u010dajne. Uz to, sve vi\u0161e \u017eena preuzima i rukovode\u0107e pozicije u projektiranju, odr\u017eavanju i investicijama.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 zanimljiviji podatak dolazi iz <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurostata<\/a>. Naime, u segmentu zelene gradnje i odr\u017eive infrastrukture, udio \u017eena u EU dose\u017ee \u010dak 25%.<\/p>\n<p>Taj podatak potvr\u0111uje da \u017eene posebno ulaze u sektore povezane s tehnologijom, ekologijom i inovacijama.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zasto_je_ova_tema_vazna\"><\/span>Za\u0161to je ova tema va\u017ena?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Razlozi su vi\u0161estruki, i dru\u0161tveni i ekonomski.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Raznolikost_donosi_inovacije\"><\/span>Raznolikost donosi inovacije.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Timovi u kojima sudjeluju mu\u0161karci i \u017eene pokazuju bolju komunikaciju, kreativnost i sposobnost rje\u0161avanja problema.<\/p>\n<p>U gra\u0111evinarstvu, gdje je svaki projekt jedinstven, ta raznolikost pristupa postaje stvarna konkurentska prednost.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ravnoteza_na_trzistu_rada\"><\/span>Ravnote\u017ea na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Gra\u0111evinarstvo je sektor koji u Hrvatskoj konstantno bilje\u017ei nedostatak radne snage.
