No, stvarnost pokazuje da upravo me\u0111uljudski odnosi mogu biti najve\u0107i izazov.<\/p>\n<p>Najnovije istra\u017eivanje portala <a href=\"http:\/\/hour.hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hou.hr<\/a> provedeno me\u0111u 621 zaposlenikom u Hrvatskoj otkrilo je zapanjuju\u0107i podatak. Izvor: Pexels<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1081\">Rezultati su jasni:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1329\">\n<li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1158\">\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1158\"><strong data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1105\">29,6% ispitanika<\/strong> navelo je <strong data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1126\">kolege<\/strong> kao glavni izvor frustracije.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1266\">\n<p data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1266\"><strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1170\">11,8%<\/strong> ne voli <strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1203\">korporativne rituale<\/strong>\u00a0poput <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/team-building-i-igre-koje-poticu-suradnju\/\">team buildinga<\/a>, sastanaka ili formalne komunikacije.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1329\">\n<p data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1329\">Samo <strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1282\">6,9%<\/strong> kao glavni problem vidi <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1326\">visinu primanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1479\">Dakle, <strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1398\">pla\u0107a vi\u0161e nije jedini (ni glavni) razlog nezadovoljstva. O<\/strong>no proizlazi iz svakodnevnih odnosa, pona\u0161anja i kulture unutar organizacije.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1479\"><em>\u0160to je zapravo <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/korporativna-kultura\/\">korporativna kultura<\/a>? Na ovo ali i druga pitanja potra\u017eite odgovore u \u010dlanku koji se nalazi na linku.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zasto_su_odnosi_presudni\"><\/span>Za\u0161to su odnosi presudni?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sociolozi i psiholozi ve\u0107 godinama upozoravaju da se kvaliteta radnog \u017eivota ne mo\u017ee svesti samo na brojku na platnoj listi.<\/p>\n<p>Prema istra\u017eivanjima <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Europske komisije<\/a>, kvaliteta me\u0111uljudskih odnosa jedan je od tri klju\u010dna faktora zadovoljstva poslom (uz sigurnost i balans privatnog \u017eivota).<\/p>\n<p>Kada u timu vlada nepovjerenje, nedostatak komunikacije ili pasivna agresija, dolazi do tzv. emocionalnog izgaranja.<\/p>\n<p>Zaposlenici postaju demotivirani, manje produktivni i \u010de\u0161\u0107e tra\u017ee novi posao bez obzira na visinu pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/burnout-bolest-ili-promjena\/\">Burnout<\/a> (izgaranje) sve je \u010de\u0161\u0107i problem suvremenog dru\u0161tva.
