Poslodavcima nedostaje radne snage, no mladi \u010desto tvrde da ne mogu prona\u0107i posao ako nemaju radnog iskustva.<\/p>\n<p>Ovakav paradoks pokazuje da po\u010detak poslovnog \u017eivota nije jednostavan. Posebno danas kada su po\u010detnici\u00a0suo\u010deni s potpuno druga\u010dijim izazovima od generacija prije njih.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Tko je u pravu? Obje strane su u pravu!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ponuda poslova za po\u010detnik postoji, i raste, ali istovremeno raste i jaz izme\u0111u onoga \u0161to poslodavci tra\u017ee i onoga \u0161to mladi o\u010dekuju.<\/p>\n<p>Zato je va\u017eno razumjeti koje se pozicije nude, kakva je trenutna potra\u017enja, koji sektori najvi\u0161e zapo\u0161ljavaju i koje vje\u0161tine po\u010detnici trebaju sljede\u0107ih poslova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>u skladi\u0161tima<\/li>\n<li>u distribuciji<\/li>\n<li>administraciji narud\u017ebi<\/li>\n<li>logisti\u010dkoj koordinaciji<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Za\u0161to? Jer <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/e-commerce-u-hrvatskoj-online-trgovina-mijenja-navike-kupaca\/\">e-commerce<\/a> raste iz godine u godinu, a s njim i potra\u017enja za operativnom podr\u0161kom.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ovo su poslovi za koje se zahtijeva brza prilagodba, dobra organizacija i osnove digitalne pismenosti, ali ne nu\u017eno ozbiljno iskustvo. Jednostavno nemaju dovoljno radnika i moraju posegnuti za onima bez iskustva.<\/p>\n<p>U sva tri slu\u010daja postoji zajedni\u010dki motiv.
