Kao duh (ghost), jedna strana iznenadno nestaje iz procesa komunikacije.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ghosting je praksa iznenadnog prekidanja sve komunikacije to jest bezrazlo\u017enog povla\u010denja iz svake vrste komunikacije.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ovo je fenomen u dru\u0161tvu koji se pojavio u digitalno doba. Razlog tome je \u010dinjenica da je preko digitalnog na\u010dina komunikacije, puno lak\u0161e ignorirati iliti \u201eghostati\u201c osobu.<\/p>\n<p>Iako se ovaj fenomen doga\u0111a u privatnoj komunikaciji, nerijetko se odvija i u procesu zapo\u0161ljavanja.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ghosting_u_procesu_zaposljavanja\"><\/span>Ghosting u procesu zapo\u0161ljavanja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ghosting se odvija kada poslodavac naglo prekine komunikaciju s kandidatom tokom procesa zapo\u0161ljavanja. No, doga\u0111a se i obratna situacija. Kada kandidat odjednom prestane komunicirati s poslodavcem ili se \u010dak bez najave ne pojavi na razgovoru za posao.<\/p>\n<p>Praksa ghostinga u poslovnom smislu je vrlo <strong>nepristojna i \u0161tetna<\/strong> posebice za poslodavca.<\/p>\n<p>Negativna konotacija tvrtke zbog u\u010destalog ghostinga kandidata, znatno <strong>oslabljuje brend<\/strong> i reputaciju tvrtke kao poslodavca.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_sprijeciti_ghosting\"><\/span>Kako sprije\u010diti ghosting?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mogu\u0107nost da se iznenadno prekine komunikacija tijekom procesa zapo\u0161ljavanja \u010de\u0161\u0107e je bilo prakticirano od strane poslodavaca.
