Ne samo u Hrvatskoj, ve\u0107 i na podru\u010dju cijene Europske unije.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci i radnici moraju biti spremni. Takve promjene se doga\u0111aju u cijelom zakonodavstvu vi\u0161e od desetlje\u0107a. Unutarnje politi\u010dke odluke tako\u0111er moraju biti uskla\u0111ene.<\/p>\n<p>Dru\u0161tvo radi svoje pritiske na radno pravo i one se moraju uskladiti s potrebama na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/p>\n<p>Ovogodi\u0161nje promjene usmjerene su na ravnopravnost me\u0111u radnicima i sigurnost radnih odnosa. Digitalne platforme i novi oblici rada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Europske direktive i nacionalne izmjene dotjerat \u0107e regulaciju rada obavljenog putem digitalnih platformi, poput dostavlja\u010dkih servisa ili drugih oblika gig radnih anga\u017emana.<\/p>\n<p>Pravni status radnika koji rade putem digitalnih radnih platformi i definiranje njihovih prava i obveza mora biti jasan i nedvosmislen. Samo na taj na\u010din mo\u017ee do\u0107i do kvalitetnijeg rada i boljih odnosa.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Uskladivanje_s_europskim_direktivama\"><\/span>4. Sigurno \u0107e morati restrukturirati pla\u0107e u timovima.
