Pitanje je jedino dobiva li radnik dio ili cijelu pla\u0107u u gotovini. Nema ovdje\u00a0slu\u017ebenog evidentiranja u platnoj listi ili bez pla\u0107anja svih poreza i doprinosa.<\/p>\n<p>Problem je \u0161to tada\u00a0radnik ima slu\u017ebeno prijavljen manji iznos pla\u0107e, dok ostatak dobiva na ruke. Ponekad se doga\u0111a i da osoba radi potpuno neprijavljeno, odnosno bez formalnog radnog odnosa.<\/p>\n<p>Ovakva praksa povezana je s takozvanim neprijavljenim radom ili radom u sivoj ekonomiji. Iako je relativno poznata u mnogim dr\u017eavama, ona nosi zna\u010dajne pravne i financijske posljedice za obje strane.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci \u010desto koriste takav model kako bi smanjili tro\u0161kove rada. Poslodavac je zakonski obvezan prijaviti radnika, obra\u010dunati bruto pla\u0107u i uplatiti poreze te doprinose za mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje.<\/p>\n<p><em>Koji iznos pla\u0107e je <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/placa-sto-je-bruto-a-sto-neto\/\">bruto<\/a>, a koji neto? Time mogu smanjiti ukupne izdatke za zaposlenike ili pove\u0107ati konkurentnost u sektorima s niskim mar\u017eama.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi razlog mo\u017ee biti fleksibilnost.
