No,\u00a0sve ve\u0107i broj mladih ona vi\u0161e nije presudna.<\/p>\n<p>Generacije koje tek ulaze na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada, posebno studenti i nedavno diplomirani, gledaju \u0161iru sliku.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dele posao koji ima smisao, nudi razvoj i omogu\u0107uje <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/kako-uspostaviti-ravnotezu-izmedu-posla-i-privatnog-zivota\/\">balans<\/a> izme\u0111u privatnog i poslovnog \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>Razlog tome le\u017ei u promjeni vrijednosti. Generacija koja je odrasla u digitalnom okru\u017eenju ima ve\u0107u dostupnost informacijama. Time je i sve ve\u0107a svijest o <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/mentalno-zdravlje-vaznost\/\">mentalnom zdravlju<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Oblikovala se generacija koja ne \u017eeli samo raditi,\u00a0nego \u017eeli raditi ono \u0161to ima svrhu. Pla\u0107a je i dalje va\u017ena jer osigurava egzistenciju, ali nije dovoljna ako posao ne zadovoljava druge potrebe.<\/p>\n<p>Mladi odbijaju bolje pla\u0107en posao ako im ne\u0107e donijeti dugoro\u010dan razvoj ili kvalitetu \u017eivota.
