Odli\u010dan je na\u010din nagra\u0111ivanja zaposlenika. Izuzetno ja\u010da konkurentnost tvrtke.<\/p>\n<p>Radi se o dodatnoj isplati uz redovnu godi\u0161nju zaradu. Na ra\u010dune sjeda uglavnom krajem godine.<\/p>\n<p>Struktura, porezni tretman i\u00a0pravo na isplatu ovise o nizu faktora koje zaposlenici \u010desto ne poznaju u potpunosti.<\/p>\n<p>U kontekstu odnosi na nagradu za ostvarene rezultate, koja mo\u017ee biti individualna ili timska i \u010desto ovisi o uspje\u0161nosti poslovanja ili ostvarenim ciljevima.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, 13. pla\u0107a se ispla\u0107uje svim zaposlenicima kao dodatna godi\u0161nja nagrada, ne nu\u017eno vezana uz individualni u\u010dinak.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace\">Iako zakonski nije regulirana, puno je dr\u017eava u kojima visoki postotak <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poslovni.hr\/hrvatska\/mogu-li-gradani-u-hrvatskoj-ocekivati-uvodenje-13-place-4405541\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radnika<\/a> zapravo dobiva 13. pla\u0107u.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Va\u017eno je naglasiti da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakon.hr\/z\/307\/zakon-o-radu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zakon o radu<\/a> ne propisuje obvezu isplate 13. pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci je uvode kroz interne akte, kolektivne ugovore ili pravilnike o radu, \u0161to zna\u010di da pravo na ovu isplatu ovisi o politici pojedine tvrtke.<\/p>\n<p>Iz tog razloga postoje velike razlike me\u0111u sektorima i poslodavcima kada je rije\u010d o visini i na\u010dinu isplate.<\/p>\n<p>U nekim slu\u010dajevima 13. pla\u0107a odgovara punom iznosu jedne mjese\u010dne bruto pla\u0107e, dok se kod drugih poslodavaca radi o fiksnom iznosu ili varijabilnoj nagradi koja ovisi o poslovnim rezultatima.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, u menad\u017eerskim strukturama, dodatne godi\u0161nje nagrade mogu \u010diniti i do 30 do 60 posto ukupne godi\u0161nje pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Navedene informacije pokazuju koliko ovaj oblik
