No, s druge strane, za poslodavce mogu biti zna\u010dajan financijski i organizacijski teret.<\/p>\n<p>Iz tog razloga je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glaspoduzetnika.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Udruga Glas poduzetnika<\/a> otvorila pitanje treba li sustav bolovanja mijenjati. No, malim i srednjim poduzetnicima situacija je znatno izazovnija. Posebno je te\u0161ko jer znamo da ti poduzetnici \u010dine okosnicu gospodarstva.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1412\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/data\/database\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurostat<\/a> procjenjuje se da ba\u0161 mali i srednji poduzetnici \u010dine oko 99% svih poslovnih subjekata i zapo\u0161ljavaju velik dio radne snage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1587\">Zna\u010di, svako du\u017ee bolovanje mo\u017ee imati ozbiljan utjecaj na poslovanje. Kroz tro\u0161ak pla\u0107e, ali i organizaciju rada, zamjene i pad produktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1587\"><em>Krajem pro\u0161le godine rasle su <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/bolovanje-naknada\/\">naknade za bolovanja<\/a>. Poslodavac ispla\u0107uje pla\u0107u zaposleniku koji ne radi, a istovremeno mora osigurati zamjenu ili preraspodijeliti posao unutar tima.<\/p>\n<p>Drugo, tu je organizacijski problem. S jedne strane mora \u0161tititi radnike, a s druge ne smije stvarati neodr\u017eiv teret za poslodavce.<\/p>\n<p>Ako je sustav previ\u0161e optere\u0107uju\u0107i za poslovni sektor, mo\u017ee usporiti zapo\u0161ljavanje i razvoj gospodarstva.<\/p>\n<p>Ako pak ne pru\u017ea dovoljnu za\u0161titu zaposlenicima, naru\u0161ava kvalitetu radnog \u017eivota i dugoro\u010dno utje\u010de na produktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Zato pitanje bolovanja danas vi\u0161e nije samo socijalno ili pravno pitanje.
