Najve\u0107i rast bilje\u017ee upravo kategorije koje najvi\u0161e optere\u0107uju ku\u0107anstva i tvrtke. Hoteli i restorani suo\u010deni su s ve\u0107im tro\u0161kovima grijanja, hla\u0111enja i logistike, \u0161to se zatim prelijeva na cijene usluga.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rast_placa\"><\/span>Rast pla\u0107a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kako bi zadr\u017eali zaposlenike i ostali konkurentni, poslodavci su prisiljeni pove\u0107avati pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010detkom 2026. prosje\u010dna neto pla\u0107a u Hrvatskoj pribli\u017eila se razini od 1.500 eura, dok je medijalna oko 1.300 eura. U nekim sektorima, poput IT-a ili financija, prosjeci su znatno vi\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak rast nije ravnomjerno raspore\u0111en.
