Simbol je radni\u010dkih prava,\u00a0pravednosti i odnosa izme\u0111u zaposlenika i poslodavaca.<\/p>\n<p>Povezan je i s jednom od najve\u0107ih promjena koja dolazi na europsko tr\u017ei\u0161te rada. Tako se otvara mo\u0107 pregovaranja i dono\u0161enja informiranih odluka.<\/p>\n<p>Iz tog razloga ova tema ima posebno zna\u010denje u trenutku kada se prisje\u0107amo va\u017enosti rada i dostojanstva zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kada_nova_pravila_stupaju_na_snagu\"><\/span>Kada nova pravila stupaju na snagu?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Direktiva o transparentnosti pla\u0107a donesena je na razini Europske unije. Cilje je uvesti jedinstvena pravila za sve dr\u017eave \u010dlanice.<\/p>\n<p>Hrvatska, kao i ostale \u010dlanice, mora je implementirati u svoje zakonodavstvo najkasnije do lipnja 2026. godine. Iako se taj rok \u010dini relativno dalekim, pripreme su ve\u0107 po\u010dele.<\/p>\n<p>Pojedine obveze uvodit \u0107e se postupno. Mogle bi imati problema s prilagodbom, posebno radi ulaganja dodatnih resursa.<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, transparentnost mo\u017ee otvoriti i unutarnja pitanja. Primjerice, razlike u pla\u0107ama me\u0111u zaposlenicima koje do sada nisu bile vidljive.<\/p>\n<p>Dio poslodavaca smatra da je potrebno vi\u0161e vremena kako bi se sustav uveo kvalitetno, bez dodatnog pritiska na poslovanje.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mijenja_se_samo_placa\"><\/span>Mijenja se samo pla\u0107a?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ima tu jo\u0161 novosti.
