U<\/p>\n<p>me\u0111uvremenu su rasle pla\u0107e, pove\u0107ali su se tro\u0161kovi \u017eivota i <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/inflacija-je-kriva-poslodavci-mijenjaju-pravila-zaposljavanja\/\">inflacija<\/a>. Realna vrijednost ove porezne olak\u0161ice danas gotovo prepolovljena.<\/p>\n<p>Taj iznos od 804 eura godi\u0161nje predstavljao je pribli\u017eno 6,5% <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/prosjecna-placa-u-zagrebu-iznosi-1703-eura\/\">prosje\u010dne godi\u0161nje pla\u0107e<\/a> kada je uveden. <a href=\"http:\/\/pexels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pexels<\/a><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Primjerice, roditelji koji uzdr\u017eavaju djecu, osobe koje uzdr\u017eavaju \u010dlanove obitelji ili osobe s invaliditetom imaju pravo na ve\u0107i osobni odbitak i samim time manje porezno optere\u0107enje.<\/p>\n<p>Osobni odbitak posebno je va\u017ean kod obra\u010duna pla\u0107e, godi\u0161njeg obra\u010duna poreza i povrata poreza.<\/p>\n<p>Radi odbitka njega dvije osobe s istom bruto pla\u0107om mogu imati razli\u010dit iznos neto primanja, ovisno o svojim poreznim olak\u0161icama i obiteljskoj situaciji.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Osnovni_osobni_odbitak\"><\/span>Osnovni osobni odbitak<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>U Hrvatskoj svaki zaposlenik ima pravo na osnovni osobni odbitak.
