Val vru\u0107ine poslao je jasnu poruku da su izmjene neophodne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Problem je \u0161to propis ne odre\u0111uje to\u010dan broj stupnjeva iznad ili ispod kojeg rad treba prilagoditi ili obustaviti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Govori o &#8220;primjerenim uvjetima ovisno o vrsti posla&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ukratko, dosad je bilo dosta prostora za tuma\u010denje, a samim tim i za nejednaku primjenu od poslodavca do poslodavca.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/who.int\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija<\/a> kao najprikladniji raspon za rad navodi temperaturu izme\u0111u 16 i 24\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Iznad 30\u00b0C rizik od nesre\u0107a na radu prema istim podacima raste za 5 do 7%, a iznad 38\u00b0C taj rizik ska\u010de na 10 do 15%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hzzzsr.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hrvatski zavod za za\u0161titu zdravlja i sigurnost na radu<\/a> ve\u0107 du\u017ee preporu\u010duje mjere koje sada dobivaju jasniju zakonsku podlogu.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24286\" style=\"width: 1210px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24286\" class=\"size-full wp-image-24286\" src=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"Voda, hidracija, Unsplash\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Voda-hidracija-Unsplash-444x250.jpg 444w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-24286\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Voda, hidracija, <a href=\"http:\/\/unsplash.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unsplash<\/a><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Va\u017eno je izbjegavanje najte\u017eih fizi\u010dkih poslova izme\u0111u 11 i 16 sati, kra\u0107e stanke od 10 do 20 minuta nakon svakog sata fizi\u010dkog rada te unos rashla\u0111ene teku\u0107ine svakih 15 do 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pritisak za jasnijim pravilima dolazi i izvana.<\/p>\n<p>Sindikati godinama upozoravaju da bez jasno propisane maksimalne radne temperature radnici u najizlo\u017eenijim zanimanjima pla\u0107aju najve\u0107u cijenu sve \u010de\u0161\u0107ih toplinskih valova.<\/p>\n<p>Najvi\u0161e udara na radnike u graditeljstvu i ugostiteljstvu.<\/p>\n<p>Hrvatska se ovim izmjenama pridru\u017euje zemljama koje poku\u0161avaju tu prazninu zatvoriti normativnim putem.<\/p>\n<p>Premda, kako i samo ministarstvo priznaje, ovo je tek prvi korak, a ne kona\u010dno rje\u0161enje.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zastita_radnika_po_vrucini_i_hladnoci\"><\/span>Za\u0161tita radnika po vru\u0107ini i hladno\u0107i<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>S obzirom na sve navedeno, evo \u0161to trenutno vrijedi i na \u0161to radnici i poslodavci u Hrvatskoj ve\u0107 sada trebaju paziti, bez obzira na to \u0161to cjeloviti zakonski okvir tek dolazi.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Obveze_poslodavca\"><\/span>Obveze poslodavca<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Procjena rizika<\/strong>. Tamo gdje je to mogu\u0107e, fizi\u010dki najzahtjevnije poslove treba planirati izvan razdoblja od 11 do 16 sati u danima visokih temperatura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stanke i hidracija<\/strong>. Preporuka je 10 do 20 minuta odmora nakon svakih 60 minuta fizi\u010dkog rada na vru\u0107ini, uz \u010da\u0161u rashla\u0111ene teku\u0107ine svakih 15 do 20 minuta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prostorija za zagrijavanje ili rashla\u0111ivanje<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radnici izlo\u017eeni ekstremnim temperaturama, primjerice u hladnja\u010dama, ljevaonicama ili na otvorenom tijekom zime i ljeta, imaju pravo na odgovaraju\u0107u prostoriju za odmor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Suradnja sa specijalistima medicine rada<\/strong>. Poslodavac se ne oslanja samo na vlastitu procjenu, nego i na stru\u010dne smjernice nadle\u017enog zavoda za javno zdravstvo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prilago\u0111ena odje\u0107a i aklimatizacija<\/strong>. Posebno va\u017eno za radnike koji su tek po\u010deli raditi na otvorenom ili se vra\u0107aju na posao nakon du\u017eeg izbivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;\">Na pojedinim gradili\u0161tima temperatura nerijetko prelazi i 40 stupnjeva. Raste i opasnost za zdravlje radnika.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prava_radnika\"><\/span>Prava radnika<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pravo na siguran rad<\/strong>. Ako su temperaturni uvjeti neprimjereni, radnik se prvo obra\u0107a poslodavcu ili radni\u010dkom vije\u0107u.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravo na prijavu inspektoratu rada<\/strong>. Ako poslodavac ne reagira, radnik se mo\u017ee obratiti nadle\u017enom <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.hr\/hr\/prijava-inspekciji-rada-drzavnog-inspektorata\/1964?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inspektoratu za\u0161tite na radu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mogu\u0107nost pove\u0107ane pla\u0107e za ote\u017eane uvjete rada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ako je rad u ekstremnim temperaturnim uvjetima reguliran <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/kolektivni-ugovor-za-drzavne-sluzbenike\/\">kolektivnim ugovorom<\/a>, pravilnikom o radu ili <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/ugovor-o-radu-sve-sto-trebate-znati\/\">ugovorom o radu<\/a> kao ote\u017eani uvjet rada, radnik mo\u017ee imati pravo na uve\u0107anje pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tko_je_najvise_izlozen\"><\/span>Tko je najvi\u0161e izlo\u017een<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rizik nije isti za sve.
