Ponuda za posao pregovarana je od 1\/2 mu\u0161kih MBA studenata dok je isto u\u010dinila tek 1\/8 \u017eena u jednom od istra\u017eivanja.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pregovaranje o ponudama za posao i dalje ostaje problem \u017eena u poslovanju. Rodna pristranost je, unato\u010d modernijim i liberalnijim stavkama, i dalje jedan od \u010destih problema na radnom mjestu. Takva pristranost mo\u017ee biti namjerna ili pak nesvjesna.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dene zara\u0111uju otprilike <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/bizwomen\/news\/latest-news\/2022\/03\/equal-pay-day.html\">83 centa za svaki dolar koji zarade mu\u0161karci<\/a> i upravo pregovor o pla\u0107i u samom za\u010detku poslovanja krucijalan je za daljnji polo\u017eaj \u017eene na poslu.<\/p>\n<p>U novije se vrijeme pojavljuje razli\u010dit broj i vrsta radionica na temu potrebe ve\u0107e asertivnosti \u017eena. Problem u manjku asertivnosti \u017eena le\u017ei u \u010dinjenici da se \u017eene pribojavaju reakcije poslodavca. <span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\" style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><em>&#8220;U odnosu na mu\u0161karce koji tra\u017ee vi\u0161e, \u017eene su financijski ka\u017enjene i manje je vjerojatno da \u0107e biti unaprije\u0111ene.&#8221;<\/em> &#8211; navodi Harvard u jednom od istra\u017eivanja. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\" style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Vo\u0111ene takvim strahom, \u017eene se odlu\u010duju ne prijaviti na radna mjesta ukoliko ne posjeduju <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2014\/08\/why-women-dont-apply-for-jobs-unless-theyre-100-qualified\">100% vje\u0161tina<\/a> u polju. Mu\u0161karci s druge strane, prijavljuju radno mjesto ukoliko ispunjavaju makar <strong>60%<\/strong> potrebnih vje\u0161tina. \u017dene navode da ne \u017eele gubiti vrijeme poslodavca ukoliko ne odgovaraju svakoj od navedenih potrebnih kvalifikacija. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/surprising-reason-women-dont-ask-promotion-uplevyl-1f\/\">Op\u0107enito re\u010deno, mu\u0161karci rje\u0111e prate smjernice koje kazuju tko bi se trebao prijaviti za radno mjesto (8%) u usporedbi sa \u017eenama (15%).<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Navodimo nekoliko razloga zbog kojih \u017eene te\u017ee pregovaraju ponudu za posao.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zene_teze_pregovaraju_o_ponudama_za_posao_zbog_manjka_asertivnosti\"><\/span>\u017dene te\u017ee pregovaraju o ponudama za posao zbog manjka asertivnosti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pregovaranje o ponudama za posao i isplatama asertivna je djelatnost. To je djelatnost koja je tipi\u010dnija za mu\u0161karce, stoga se za asertivne \u017eene mo\u017ee \u010diniti da kr\u0161e nevidljive dru\u0161tvene norme, \u010dega se velik postotak \u017eena pribojava. Asertivnost, i<a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/savjeti\/savjeti-za-samopouzdanje-tijekom-razgovora-za-posao\">ako potrebna za njihovo samopoudanje na radnom mjestu<\/a> i produktivnost, ima kod \u017eena dvije posljedice:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u017dene se suzdr\u017eavaju od reakcije kako bi po\u0161tivale dru\u0161tvene norme<\/li>\n<li>U\u010dinkovitost utjecaja \u017eene mo\u017ee biti smanjena s obzirom na simpatije kolega<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dok pregovor za posao i pla\u0107u mu\u0161karcima djeluje kao igra, ve\u0107ini \u017eena ona donosi stres i nervozu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rodni_stereotipi_koji_kreiraju_oblike_ponasanja\"><\/span>Rodni stereotipi koji kreiraju oblike pona\u0161anja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rodni stereotipi \u0161tetni su za \u017eene koje su pred procesom poslovnog pregovora. Pred stereotipnim asertivnim mu\u0161kim nastupom, \u017eenski je stereotip kooperativan i pasivnije nastrojen u izra\u017eavanju svojih prava i potreba. Ipak, ovakvi stereotipi mogu odigrati samopotvr\u0111ivala\u010dku ulogu. \u017dena koja se sama stavlja u okvire stereotipa sklonija je razvijanju tjeskobe koja potom uistinu rezultira negativnim poslovnim ishodom unato\u010d ambicijama i vje\u0161tinama radnice. Takva vrsta neuskla\u0111enosti kod pregovaranja o poslu i pla\u0107ama rezultira izmjenom percepcije \u017eenske u\u010dinkovitosti kao pregovara\u010dica. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanet.org\/assertiveness-training-for-women-in-business\/\">Zbog upravo ovakvih situacija javlja se potreba za razli\u010ditim radionicama koje podu\u010davaju asertivnosti.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3885\" src=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/assertiveness-skills-300x194.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/assertiveness-skills-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/assertiveness-skills-386x250.jpg 386w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/assertiveness-skills.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problem_ponuda_za_posao_ne_mijenja_se_bez_samopromocije\"><\/span>Problem ponuda za posao ne mijenja se bez samopromocije<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Samopromocija je \u010din koji predstavlja sebe na na\u010din koji pospje\u0161uje ostvarenje poslovnih i financijskih ciljeva i ambicija. Nerijetko samopromocija sa sobom donosi negativnu konotaciju protuma\u010denu kao &#8220;hvalisanje&#8221;. Takva bi primjedba mogla biti razlog za\u0161to \u017eene izbjegavaju samopromociju. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da velik broj odvjetnica \u010desto prijavljuje znatno manji broj sati koje bi trebale biti pla\u0107ene. Prema nedavnoj studiji provedenoj od strane <em>&#8220;Kinsey&amp;Company&#8221;<\/em> samo <strong>19%<\/strong> dioni\u010dkih partnera u odvjetni\u010dkim tvrkama su \u017eene koje imaju <strong>29%<\/strong> manje \u0161anse ostvarivanja prve razine partnerstva od mu\u0161kih kolega. \u017dene drugih rasa jo\u0161 su manje zastupljene &#8211; <strong>17%<\/strong> je na po\u010detnim pozicijama u odvjetni\u010dkim uredima. Tek <strong>6%<\/strong> je na poziciji potpredsjednica i <strong>3%<\/strong> pozicija C-razine.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zene_koriste_manje_ucinkovite_strategije_pregovaranja\"><\/span>\u017dene koriste manje u\u010dinkovite strategije pregovaranja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u017dene \u010desto imaju druga\u010diji pristup od mu\u0161karaca u pregovorima. Ponuda za posao u \u017eenskim je pregovorima \u010desto spominjana tradicionalnim strategijama pri kojima isti\u010du svoje pozitivne osobine i potencijal za ve\u0107u financijsku naknadu poput razine obrazovanja koju posjeduju. U suprotnosti s tradicionalnim \u017eenskim strategijama, mu\u0161karci pribjegavaju tehnikama aktivnog pregovaranja. Tehnike aktivnog pregovaranja, za razliku od tradicionalnih strategija, implementiraju razli\u010dite strate\u0161ke metode za pove\u0107anje poslovnih ponuda i pla\u0107a (odbijanje ponu\u0111ene pla\u0107e).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ipak, kada su \u017eene u\u010dinkovitije u pregovaranju o ponudama za posao?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da su \u017eene u\u010dinkovite jednako kao mu\u0161karci u poslovnim pregovorima kad je tema pregovaranja \u017eenskog karaktera.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dene posti\u017eu bolje rezultate kada pregovaraju u ime tu\u0111ih interesa nego onih vlastitih. Na takav na\u010din dolazi do nemogu\u0107nosti reakcija dru\u0161tva &#8211; \u017eene djeluju nesebi\u010dno kada zagovara interese drugih jer time ne kr\u0161i rodne norme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>U svrhu pobolj\u0161anja produktivnosti i kao pripomo\u0107 razvijanju asertivnosti na poslu, \u017eene trebaju obratiti pozornost na razvijanje nekoliko vje\u0161tina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Oslanjanje na \u017eenske kvalitete. Procjena vlastitih \u017eenskih prednosti u pregovara\u010dkim poslovima smanjuje mogu\u0107nost stereotipne prijetnje. \u017denske kvalitete poput zajedni\u010dkog rje\u0161avanja problema, nagla\u0161avanja zajedni\u010dkih vrijednosti i emocionalna inteligencija nezaobilazan su alat za svako stabilno poslovanje.<\/li>\n<li>Obuka u obliku formalnog treninga pregovaranja. Objava o strategijama pregovaranja poma\u017ee \u017eenama u prevladavanju rodnih stereotipa i razotkrivanju zabluda istih. Obuka potpoma\u017ee samopouzdanju i preno\u0161enju aktivnih tehnika u svrhu oja\u010danja karaktera i no\u0161enja s poslovnim izazovima.<\/li>\n<li>Vje\u017eba \u010dini majstora.
