{"id":4889,"date":"2024-03-28T18:57:16","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T17:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/?p=4889"},"modified":"2024-04-16T12:20:46","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T10:20:46","slug":"pravo-na-bonuse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/pravo-na-bonuse\/","title":{"rendered":"Pravo na bonuse za zaposlenike"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\">2<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minute<\/span><\/span><h2>Bonusi, kao nagrade za dobro odra\u0111en posao, velika su tema poslovnog svijeta danas.<\/h2>\n<p>Bonusi predstavljaju mogu\u0107nost neoporezivih isplata radnicima koje se baziraju na uspje\u0161nosti poslovanja zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<p>Takvi su bonusi ispla\u0107eni na temelju razli\u010ditih kolektivnih ugovora, unutarnjih propisa i pravilnika o radu. Zakonom o radu pla\u0107a je definirana kao primitak radnika kojeg poslodavac ispla\u0107uje radniku za rad u odre\u0111enom mjesecu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kao takav, Zakon o radu ne propisuje pravo na isplatu bonusa za radne uspjehe. <\/strong>Da bi bonus bio priznat Zakonom o radu on mora zadovoljavati kriterij redovite isplate. U slu\u010daju da nagrade ne ispunjavaju taj kriterij, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insolve.hr\/literatura\/2\/57551\">tretiraju se kao materijalno pravo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kao zasebna kategorija stoje menad\u017eerski bonusi koji su propisani menad\u017eerskim ugovorima. Kod menad\u017eera se radi o isplatama \u0161abloni poticaja. Upravlja\u010de uloge i pozicije vi\u0161ih razina imaju fiksne pla\u0107e od kojih 30-60% otpadne na bonuse.<\/p>\n<p>Podizanjem maksimalnih iznosa specifi\u010dnog broja isplata koje su neoporezive, Vlada je poslodavcima otvorila prostor za uvo\u0111enje nov\u010danih nagrada zaposlenicima. Po\u010detak godine 2024. ujedno je donio i promjene i pove\u0107avanja poput bo\u017ei\u0107nica, <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/vijesti\/povecanje-placa-sezonskih-poslova\">pla\u0107a na sezonskim poslovima<\/a>, dnevnica za slu\u017ebena putovanja te naknade za tro\u0161kove prehrane.<\/p>\n<p>Ispla\u0107ivanje bonusa zaposlenicima varira od poslodavca do poslodavca.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neki poslodavci ispla\u0107uju naknade samo dijelu radnika koji posti\u017eu uspjeh<\/li>\n<li>Drugi poslodavci ispla\u0107uju naknade svim radnicima u okviru raspona nagrada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Neoporezivi iznos naknade nema veze s ugovorenim fondom radnog vremena. Zaposlenici koji rade na puno radno vrijeme i na pola radnog vremena u jednakoj su mogu\u0107nosti i imaju jednako pravo na nagradu za uspje\u0161an rad.<\/p>\n<p>Uz samo uvo\u0111enje nagrada, poslodavci u najnovijim vijestima promi\u0161ljaju i novi potez &#8211; ideju 13. pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja provedena od strane Udruge poduzetnika u hotelijerstvu Hrvatske i Hrvatske udruge za turizam pokazala su da je 99% poslodavaca u turizmu spremno isplatiti 13. pla\u0107u.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;To je na neki na\u010din poticaj dodatnom zapo\u0161ljavanju i stimulacija radnicima da ostanu raditi u sektoru.
