tome kako <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/rad-od-kuce-u-odnosu-na-rad-u-uredu-sto-je-produktivnije\/\">rad od ku\u0107e<\/a> mijenja \u017eivote radnika, ali i samo gospodarstvo.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak je potrebno neko vrijeme da ekonomisti, psiholozi, sociolozi i drugi znanstvenici prikupe podatke o u\u010dincima rada od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Prema Microsoftovoj studiji <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/research\/uploads\/prod\/2022\/04\/Microsoft-New-Future-of-Work-Report-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cNova budu\u0107nost rada<\/a>\u201d, 56% ispitanika izjavilo je da su ve\u0107 radili od ku\u0107e u nekom obliku.<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, 51% hibridno zaposlenika\u00a0 ka\u017eu da bi razmislili o prelasku s punog radnog vremena u uredu na rad od ku\u0107e s manjim brojem radnih sati.<\/p>\n<p>U ovom \u010dlanku \u0107emo navesti \u0161est da kada radite od ku\u0107e, granice izme\u0111u posla i osobnog \u017eivota se lagano izgube. Rezultati su pokazali da je 78% in\u017eenjera imalo problema s <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/sto-je-work-life-balance-i-kako-ga-postici\/\">balansiranjem<\/a> izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota, a 22% njih \u010dak je prijavilo ni\u017eu produktivnost.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ako <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/rad-od-kuce-u-odnosu-na-rad-u-uredu-sto-je-produktivnije\/\">radite od ku\u0107e<\/a> i primijetite neke od spomenutih problema i u svojoj svakodnevici, poku\u0161ajte si pomo\u0107i na sljede\u0107e na\u010dine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postavite jasne granice izme\u0111u radnog vremena i privatnog vremena. Nemojte slati e-mailove prije odlaska u krevet. Zadajte si vremensko razdoblje za javljanje na telefonske pozive.<\/li>\n<li>Poku\u0161ajte imati dva mobitela, jedan za privatno kori\u0161tenje, drugi za poslovno.<\/li>\n<li>Zamolite prijatelje i obitelj da vam pomognu u organizaciji privatnog vremena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stapanje_radnog_i_privatnog_prostora\"><\/span>Stapanje radnog i privatnog prostora<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ivana je zaposlena u IT sektoru. Vrlo \u010desto radi od ku\u0107e. Ovo je njeno iskustvo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Jako je izazovno kada se posao i privatni \u017eivot odvijaju na istom mjestu. Imam radnu sobu, odvojila sam radni prostor od privatnog. No, neprestano imam osje\u0107aj da sam uvijek uklju\u010dena.<\/p>\n<p>Mozak mi nikad ne miruje.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ako radite od ku\u0107e, va\u017eno je da prona\u0111ete alate kojima se ljudi mogu &#8220;isklju\u010diti&#8221;. Va\u017eno je smanjiti stres i promicati vlastitu dobrobit. Zdravlje je ipak najva\u017enije.<\/p>\n<p>Imamo nekoliko ideja za odvajanje prostora. Misao vodilja nam je bolje raspolo\u017eenje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stvorite radna i privatna podru\u010dja kod ku\u0107e (ako mo\u017eete). Na primjer, kada radim od ku\u0107e, radim samo za svojim malim stolom u kutu (nikada sa sofe).<\/li>\n<li>Isprobajte co-working prostor \u010dak i ako ne idete u ured. Zaklju\u010dili su da su oni koji rade od ku\u0107e imali pove\u0107anu razinu krivnje i razdra\u017eljivosti.<\/p>\n<p>Ti rezultati su se posebno odnosili na zaposlenike koji su imali manje prilika za dru\u0161tvenu interakciju s kolegama, \u0161to je karakteristi\u010dno za zaposlenike koji rade od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Novija istra\u017eivanja dodaju kako rad od ku\u0107e doprinosi izgaranju zaposlenika (<em>burnout<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Platforma Glint, kojom se \u010desto prou\u010davaju pona\u0161anja u poslovnom svijetu, predstavila je rezultate istra\u017eivanja koje povezuje rad od ku\u0107e i<em> burnout:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>41% zaposlenih osje\u0107a se nepovezano s kolegama.<\/li>\n<li>38% smatra da je njihov posao prevelik zalogaj za njih.<\/li>\n<li>35% je prijavilo sukobe izme\u0111u zahtjeva koje postavljaju uku\u0107ani i koje postavlja radna okolina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Osje\u0107ate li tjeskobu ili depresiju dulje vrijeme, obratite se osobi od povjerenja. Po\u017eeljno je potra\u017eiti i pomo\u0107 psihologa.<\/p>\n<p>Za probleme oko svakodnevnih uspona i padova vezanih u rad od ku\u0107e donosimo nekoliko ideja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pove\u017eite se s kolegama. Iskoristite prednosti alata kao \u0161to su video i chat da biste ostali u kontaktu s ljudima na poslu.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-aktivno komunicirajte o prekomjernom radu ili sukobima s privatnim \u017eivotom.<\/li>\n<li>Obavijestite nadre\u0111enog ako radite do kasno nave\u010der ili ako imate pote\u0161ko\u0107a s obiteljskim obavezama. Nismo sigurni ho\u0107e li imati razumijevanja, ali trebate komunicirati problem.<\/li>\n<li>Prihvatite negativne emocije poput krivnje, ali ih nemojte uzimati zdravo za gotovo. Negativne emocije su normalne. Uz rad od ku\u0107e, ljudi imaju ve\u0107u slobodu slaganja i strukturiranja svojih dana i tjedana.<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, ljudi koriste ve\u0107u autonomiju kako bi se usredoto\u010dili i u\u010dinili vi\u0161e. Ivana iz IT sektora nam je podijelila svoje iskustvo i na ovu tematiku:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mi smo izra\u010dunali da se u na\u0161oj tvrtki broj sastanaka smanjio za 78%, a dani bez ijednog sastanka pove\u0107ali za 22%.\u00a0 Takva situacija nam je dala vi\u0161e vremena da se usredoto\u010dimo na svoj individualni rad uz manje stresa na sastancima.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mi predla\u017eemo da poku\u0161ate skupiti sastanke na jednu hrpicu. Tako mo\u017eete dan posvetiti sastancima, dok ostale dane mo\u017eete posvetiti poslu, biti usredoto\u010deni i posve\u0107eni na rad.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vise_pozitive\"><\/span>Vi\u0161e pozitive<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Zaposlenici koji rade od ku\u0107e osje\u0107aju vi\u0161i stupanj pozitivnih emocija i ni\u017ei stupanj negativnih emocija od svojih kolega vezanih za ured.<\/p>\n<p>Otkrili su da zaposlenici koji rade od ku\u0107e imaju vi\u0161e energije, da su produktivniji i da se osje\u0107aju manje izolirano od svojih kolega u uredu.<\/p>\n<p>Psiholog <a href=\"https:\/\/psl.noaa.gov\/people\/prashant.d.sardeshmukh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sardeshmukh<\/a>\u00a0 sugerira da bi to moglo biti povezano s pove\u0107anom autonomijom koju imaju zaposlenici koji rade od ku\u0107e. Takav rad im daje poja\u010dan osje\u0107aj kontrole nad njihovim radnim okru\u017eenjem.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 prijedlog je da iskoristite tehnologiju za povezivanje s kolegama.
