Prikupili smo nekoliko relevantnih svjetskih istra\u017eivanja na velikom broju ljudi. \u017deljeli smo vidjeti \u0161to nam statistika ka\u017ee o odr\u017eivosti ovog na\u010dina rada.<\/p>\n<p>Iako je prije COVID-a samo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasfed.org\/research\/economics\/2020\/0901?isid=enterprisehub_us&amp;ikw=enterprisehub_us_lead%2Fa-day-in-the-life-work-from-home-statistics-insights_textlink_https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dallasfed.org%2Fresearch%2Feconomics%2F2020%2F0901\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8% zaposlenika<\/a> radilo od ku\u0107e puno radno vrijeme, taj se broj u\u010detverostru\u010dio na 35% do svibnja 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, \u0161to smo nau\u010dili iz ovog golemog eksperimenta u radu od ku\u0107e? Kako ovi uvidi u rad mogu oblikovati poslovnu budu\u0107nost?<\/p>\n<p>Koji su problemi u radu od ku\u0107e, ali i koje su tajne uspje\u0161nog rada od ku\u0107e. \u0160to zaposlenicima nedostaje. Oba na\u010dina su pametni potezi za\u00a0pove\u0107anje produktivnosti, energije i zdravlja.<\/p>\n<p>Otprilike jedna tre\u0107ina provodi to dodatno vrijeme sa svojom djecom (35%) ili njima va\u017enim osobama (33%). Radi se o vremenu koje nikako nisu mogli koristiti na taj na\u010din dok su radili u uredu.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;font-size: 18pt;color: #808080\"><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">50%<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;font-size: 18pt;color: #808080\">ispitanika je izjavilo da im nedostaje putovanje na posao, potpuno nevjerojatno i neo\u010dekivano<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kad smo ve\u0107 kod jutarnjih gu\u017evi, tko bi rekao da \u0107e ljudi radije voziti auto nego se pro\u0161etati na posao?\u00a0Zapravo, 50% anketiranih radnika iznena\u0111eno je izjavilo da im stvarno nedostaje putovanje na posao.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je posebno zapanjuju\u0107e s obzirom na to da 95% izjavljuje da \u0161tedi novac na benzinu i 76% na parkingu. Uz to, tri \u010detvrtine vi\u0161e ne kupuje doru\u010dak i kavu u pekari.<\/p>\n<p>No, unato\u010d dodatnoj u\u0161tedi, radnici se usredoto\u010duju na pogodnosti za putovanje na posao koje mo\u017eda prije nisu primijetili.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;font-size: 36pt;color: #808080\">47% <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: terminal, monaco, monospace;font-size: 18pt;color: #808080\">radnika smatra da bi vi\u0161e slu\u0161ali vijesti da jo\u0161 uvijek putuju na posao.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dvije tre\u0107ine se sla\u017ee da im je putovanje na posao nudilo jasan prijelaz izme\u0111u ku\u0107nog i poslovnog \u017eivota. Uz to, kako im je ta razlika i granica potrebna kako bi se sabrali i kvalitetnije radili.<\/p>\n<p>Za vrijeme putovanja na posao bi slu\u0161ali glazbu ili radio. No, manje od polovice pali radio dok radi od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Kao rezultat toga, 42% ka\u017ee da, bez vremena u autu dok putuju na posao, nisu u tijeku s vijestima. A gotovo polovica (47%) smatra da bi slu\u0161ala vi\u0161e vijesti \u2014 i osje\u0107ala se spremnije glasati na izborima \u2014 da jo\u0161 uvijek putuju na posao.<\/p>\n<p>To definitivno ne zna\u010di da zaposlenici koji rade od ku\u0107e samo sjede u krevetu s prijenosnim ra\u010dunalom. 90% njih ima namjenski prostor za rad, preure\u0111eni dio stana za ku\u0107ni ured.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6840 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE.jpg\" alt=\"Rad od ku\u0107e i pla\u0107anje tro\u0161kova\" width=\"1124\" height=\"930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE-300x248.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE-1024x847.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE-768x635.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/RAD-OD-KUCE-302x250.jpg 302w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rad_od_kuce_i_prehrana\"><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/rad-od-kuce-izazov-ili-zadovoljstvo\/\">Rad od ku\u0107e i prehrana<\/a><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Iako su se dinamika radnog dana promijenila, 73% ispitanika i dalje odr\u017eava dnevnu rutinu. Tri \u010detvrtine ispitanika uzima pauze za obroke.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da zaposlenici koji rade od ku\u0107e vi\u0161e kuhaju i jedu uravnote\u017eenije. Ne kupuju pekarske proizvode, jedu manje grickalica i brze hrane. \u010ce\u0161\u0107e jedu vo\u0107e i hranu na \u017elicu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Drustvena_strana_rada_od_kuce\"><\/span>Dru\u0161tvena strana rada od ku\u0107e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gotovo tri \u010detvrtine zaposlenika (74%) ka\u017ee da rad od ku\u0107e ote\u017eava <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/lead\/use-technology-in-the-workplace-to-build-stronger-workplace-environment?hl=en&amp;co=US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">povezivanje s ljudima<\/a>, a 68% ka\u017ee da je odr\u017eavanje odnosa sa svojim menad\u017eerom te\u017ee nego ina\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Ove statistike sugeriraju da su povremeni uredski razgovori\u00a0 va\u017eniji nego \u0161to ve\u0107ina nas shva\u0107a. Zapravo, mogli bi \u010dak pomo\u0107i ljudima da bolje rade.<\/p>\n<p>Ljudska strana posla klju\u010dna je za sre\u0107u zaposlenika: po prirodi smo dru\u0161tvena bi\u0107a i lako se osje\u0107amo odvojeno ili nepovezano s timovima. Ipak je va\u017eno odr\u017eavati redovan dru\u0161tveni odnos s kolegama.<\/p>\n<p>Nedostaju zabavne aktivnosti, poput pauze za kavu, \u0161etnji i razgovora.<\/p>\n<p>Izdvajanje vremena za zabavu tako\u0111er poma\u017ee zaposlenicima da ostanu sretni i povezani, pa \u010dak i sprje\u010dava\u00a0 <em>burnout<\/em> \u0161to je prioritet, jer vi\u0161e od 60% radnika ka\u017ee da uzimaju manje pauza.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u017eavanje ovih dru\u0161tvenih veza temeljenih na radu pobolj\u0161ava dobrobit, \u0161to zauzvrat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/lead\/well-being-at-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010dini ljude boljim radnicima<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"No_sve_u_svemu_rad_od_kuce_funkcionira\"><\/span>No, sve u svemu, rad od ku\u0107e funkcionira<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kada se gleda \u0161iroka slika, oko 80% radnika koji rade od ku\u0107e ka\u017eu da su se dobro prilagodili na rad. A 63&amp; zaposlenika tvrdi da su se prilagodili \u010dak puno lak\u0161e nego \u0161to su o\u010dekivali.<\/p>\n<p>Nekome nedostaje putovanje na posao, nekome je drago da provode vi\u0161e vremena s djecom. A opet, postoje radnici koji se ne mogu koncentrirati na rad zbog svih obiteljski obaveza i distrakcija.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6845\" src=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj.jpg\" alt=\"Obitelj i rad od ku\u0107e\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/obitelj-250x250.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Svejedno,\u00a0zaposlenici su prilagodili svoje dnevne rutine kako bi zadovoljili potrebe trenutka &#8211; a njihov naporan rad se itekako vidi.<\/p>\n<p>Vjerujemo da nije lako prilagoditi se ti\u0161ini nakon \u0161to ste dugo vremena radili u uredu punom ljudi. No, s druge strane, ta ti\u0161ina i mir vam daje vi\u0161e prostora za koncentraciju. Vrlo vjerojatno da rad od ku\u0107e ostavlja i prostora<\/p>\n<p>za hobije ili rekreaciju.<\/p>\n<p>Sve u svemu, rad od ku\u0107e dobro funkcionira. <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/boomerang-zaposlenici-posljedica-velike-ostavke\/\">Zaposlenici<\/a> su prona\u0161li na\u010dine kako odr\u017eati uspje\u0161ne i produktivne timove. Va\u017eno je njegovati dobre odnose, javljati se, raditi video pozive. Ponekad se na\u0107i u\u017eivo.<\/p>\n<p>Neophodno je poticati dobrobit\u00a0 zaposlenika. Rad od ku\u0107e donosi i znatnu koli\u010dinu stresa i tjeskobe. O takvim faktorima morate komunicirati s nadre\u0111enim. Ne garantiramo da \u0107e uva\u017eiti va\u0161e probleme.<\/p>\n<p>No, sigurno ih ne\u0107e uva\u017eiti ako ne probate komunicirati.
