U razvijenim zemljama je ve\u0107 dugo tako. U Hrvatskoj iz nekog razloga nije.<\/p>\n<p>Transparentnost pla\u0107a mo\u017eemo vidjeti jedino u IT industriji. Tema: Transparentnost pla\u0107a, natje\u010daj za posao, Euro na u\u017eetu<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>U pro\u0161losti je raspravljanje o visini pla\u0107a bila tabu tema, a mnogi poslodavci obeshrabruju tu praksu jer to zna\u010di da moraju osigurati da svi dobiju relativno jednaku razinu pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Iako je to dobra stvar za zaposlenike, poslodavci koji nerado pla\u0107aju vi\u0161e nego \u0161to moraju i dalje mogu odugovla\u010diti s ovom praksom.<\/p>\n<p>Iz tih razloga ne vi\u0111amo raspon pla\u0107a naveden u natje\u010daju za posao.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/savjeti-kako-izgraditi-snazan-i-profesionalan-linkedin-profil\/\">LinkedIn<\/a> je proveo <a href=\"https:\/\/rep.hr\/vijesti\/zaposljavanje\/zasto-objaviti-iznos-place-u-oglasima-za-posao\/7391\/\">istra\u017eivanje<\/a> u kojem se navode klju\u010dne prednosti natje\u010daja za posao koji imaju naveden raspon pla\u0107e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objavljena pla\u0107a u natje\u010daju za sa posao poma\u017ee kod pregovora oko pla\u0107e<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Otprilike jedna tre\u0107ina stru\u010dnjaka za ljudske resurse koji ne objavljuju raspon pla\u0107e misle da \u0107e to ograni\u010diti pregovore.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, tvrtke koje objavljuju raspon pla\u0107e tvrde da su im pregovori jednostavniji i lak\u0161i. Va\u017eno je da kandidat za posao zna \u0161to mo\u017ee o\u010dekivati.<\/p>\n<p>Time se razgovor usmjerava na razgovor o iskustvu, potencijalu i vje\u0161tinama kandidata.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transparentnost o pla\u0107i gradi povjerenje zaposlenika<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uz toliko va\u017eno povjerenje zaposlenika u tvrtku, transparentnost osigurava da zaposlenik dobije po\u0161ten iznos pla\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Nisu svi zaposlenici vje\u0161ti pregovara\u010di, niti njihovo radno mjesto zahtijeva <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/zivotopis-mora-sadrzavati-meke-vjestine\/\">vje\u0161tinu<\/a> pregovaranja.<\/p>\n<p>No, objavljeni raspon pla\u0107e poma\u017ee da nitko ne bude zakinut ili o\u0161te\u0107en.
