Taj princip nije novijeg datuma. Ima dugu povijest u svijetu rada. Naime, mo\u017eemo ga prona\u0107i jo\u0161 u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/about-parliament\/hr\/in-the-past\/the-parliament-and-the-treaties\/treaty-of-rome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ugovoru iz Rima<\/a> iz 1957. godine.<\/p>\n<p>No, u stvarnosti razlika u pla\u0107ama izme\u0111u mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena i dalje postoji. Odnosno, do razlike dolazi prije odbitka poreza na dohodak i socijalnih doprinosa,\u00a0po satu \u017eenskih i mu\u0161kih zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<p>U ra\u010dunicu ulaze samo pla\u0107e u poduze\u0107ima koja imaju barem 10 zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace\">Prosje\u010dna razlika u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/topics\/hr\/article\/20200109STO69925\/razlika-u-placama-muskaraca-i-zena-definicija-i-uzroci\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pla\u0107i<\/a> izme\u0111u mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena u EU-u iznosila je 12,7 posto u 2021.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Naravno, neki od razloga za razliku u pla\u0107ama postoje iz strukturalnih razloga. I tu dolazi do problema s razlikama.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Razlozi_razlika_u_placama\"><\/span>Razlozi razlika u pla\u0107ama<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nije jednostavno protuma\u010diti razlog nejednake pla\u0107e. Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e o prednostima sigurnog i stabilnog <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/trazite-posao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posla<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Uz to, biraju poslove u slabije pla\u0107enim sektorima, poput zdravstva, obrazovanja, njegovateljstva.<\/p>\n<p>Tek u 2021. je zabilje\u017een porast broja \u017eena zaposlenih u znanosti, tehnologiji i in\u017eenjerstvu. U zadnje vrijeme je mogu\u0107e raditi poslove vezano uz znanost i od ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010ditajte vi\u0161e o <a href=\"https:\/\/zaposlise.hr\/blog\/rad-od-kuce-i-znanost\/\">radu od ku\u0107e<\/a> i poslovima u znanosti.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Skraceno_radno_vrijeme\"><\/span>Skra\u0107eno radno vrijeme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Vi\u0161e \u017eena radi skra\u0107eno radno vrijeme, od svojih mu\u0161kih kolega. No, nije zato jer ukupno manje rade. \u017dene obavljaju vi\u0161e poslova koji nisu pla\u0107eni, poput brige o djeci i ku\u0107anskih poslova.<\/p>\n<p>Radi toga imaju manje vremena za pla\u0107eni rad. Europska unija ima podatke o skra\u0107enom <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/EDN-20230303-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radnom vremenu<\/a> iz 2022. godine.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Gotovo tre\u0107ina \u017eena (28 posto) radi skra\u0107eno, u odnosu na samo 8 posto mu\u0161karaca. Kad se u obzir uzme i nepla\u0107eni i pla\u0107eni posao, \u017eene rade vi\u0161e sati tjedno od mu\u0161karaca.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ponekad ovakve situacije izazivaju i konflikte.
